The diet is designed specifically to balance your intake of carbohydrates. So if you were following the schedule of an anabolic diet then you should discipline yourself regarding your carb intake. For example, Monday to Friday means you consume a low amount of carbs while Saturday and Sunday is the opposite.
You are also required to eat a meal every 3 hours on a daily basis. It is highly recommended that you do not skip a meal during the course of your anabolic diet. Missing one will completely derail your diet and leave your efforts for naught. This would be a complete waste of time and effort if this were to happen to you.
