Where are the heroes of today? Where are the leaders, the warriors, the pioneers? These are different times, much more difficult times: times of discretion traveling away from the light of the sun. When I think of American heroes, I think of Harriet Tubman, Abraham Lincoln, Martin Luther King, Susan B. Anthony, Rosa Parks, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, and Jackie Robinson. My question remains; where are the heroes of today? The American heroes of the past did their duty with guts and talent, and because they knew it was right.
