Students always want to get in a good school. When they make it, they keep going to achieve better result at school. A business man can make 100 bucks today but by tomorrow he would like to earn 1000 bucks. I am sure that many of us are wonder why Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, Warren Buffet can be the billionaire. So what is all of that about? What is the component that makes people want to do better, be successful? We are talking about ambition. And now I am going to show you how do ambition affect people on their life. There are many definitions of ambition. It depends on the way people think of it. www.oxfordictionaries.com has defined ambition as a strong desire to do or achieve something. Now let take a look about how the famous people relate to ambition. Elvis Presley – the King of Rock and Roll said that: ‘’ Ambition is a dream with V8 engine``. Can you imagine that: ‘’ A dream with V8 engine``, it is likes an Audi A8 with full petrol drive in the freeway with no barrier. The velocity is extremely strong. You probably wonder what is about Elvis Presley. Elvis had a difficult life when he was young. So he found music as a big comfort to get him happy. He listened to music in church and even taught himself how to play the church piano. He listened to radio whenever he could and bought records, listened to a wider variety of music. His parents wanted him to become a doctor or an engineer but Elvis decided to pursue his dream which is become a singer. By the time Elvis graduated from high school, he could sing in various styles. On June 6, 1954 Elvis received a call from Sun Records. He quickly became a star. His career went brightly from there. As you can see Elvis can be that successful is because of his effort and ambition. I am going to give you another example. We all know Ho Chi Minh by history.
