Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity
Since the creation of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated 110 years ago, Alpha men have had a profound impact on the African American community. Notable Alphas men such as Martin Luther King Jr., Lionel Richie and W.E.B. Dubois have lead significant marches, molded African American music and guided a race. As they say, Alpha history his African American history. I would to be a part of an organization with such rich history.
Today, Alpha Men are still the most prominent men in the African American community. They are trendsetters, innovators and activist. I want to be a part of an organization with influential people. Furthermore, I want to be with a network of people who are all striving to become their best version of themselves. Learning from other brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated will help further develop my skills. In addition, being in a brotherhood that demands excellence will help me always push the boundaries of what I want to get accomplished.

Moreover, I’ve always had the goal of uplifting the African American community which aligns with the mission of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated. Helping the African American community through programs, events and mentorships as well as helping my hometown Ghana is of top priority. When I gain capital later in life, supporting the African American community and Ghana financial will be at the forefront of my plans. Furthermore, it is empowering and motivating for youths to see successful black men support their communities. By leaving this empowering image in the minds of young African American men, we can motivate to strive for more. At the very least I want to inspire the next generation to continue to fight for
