All My Life For Sale Summary
After browsing thru the items in the “All My Life For Sale” online website, the “8 mm Film Viewer” and “ Saori Hoshi’s Television were a couple of my favorite items. While searching for familiar items on Ebay, I found that there were similar items with different brands and sizes. On the “All My Life For Sale” site there was no mention of brand, size, model numbers, etc. After television page, I decided it is a subjective description of the television, information about the TV/VCR is told along with a personal experience, the site simply states that it is a TV/VCR, it is “kinda heavy,”and does not record. The site only mentions some descriptions of the TV/VCR but does not give brand, size, model number, etc. He mentions that “it has been the main television for the last 10 years. That tells us that the television is at least 10 years old. The site only mentions some descriptions of the TV/VCR but does not give much factual information. Unlike Ebay which gives its audience an objective description, since it gives a full description which includes brand, size, marks or …show more content…

There is hardly no factual descriptions of the items and there is one picture of the item. As for Ebay, which I feel is intended for all types of audiences, mainly adults who have access to credit/debit cards, they post several pictures of the items, with different views of the item and some show different sides of the

Michael Patrick MacDonald’s book was fantastic. All Souls was a moving, exciting, and revealing book about the life of an average South Boston family growing up in the white, Irish Catholic Old Colony housing projects. There is a huge focus on the crimes, drugs, and violence that occurred within MacDonald’s neighborhood around the time of the Boston busing riots. MacDonald tells us about his brothers and sisters. Many of whom were victimized by crime, drugs, murder, and suicide. He also goes into detail about his strong willed mother who somehow found a way to raise ten kids, while at the same time dealing with abusive relationships, and living in the neighborhood with the highest concentration of white poverty in America. All Souls has a large…

Robert G. Gonzales, an assistant professor at Harvard Graduate School of Education and author of “Lives in Limbo: Undocumented and Coming of Age in America.”(2016) argues that the United States needs immigration reform to bring immigrants and their families out of the shadows, to recognize their deep community connections and economic contributions, and to build a strong American society. Struggling, for nearly thirty years due to poor decision making I've decided to start this "go fund me" account. After leaving my home up north in Michigan, I chose to quit hanging out in the streets to come down to Alabama with the hope of doing good in life; that plan backfired. I've had two great kids but, they never had a great dad. My kids never had a place they could call their second home on weekends and summer months or holidays; I have always lived in rundown rentals. Though holding a job was never really a problem, I became stuck in a place of complacency, I stopped growing mentally it seemed. During these last thirty years, I've been married, divorced and been through far too many changes. Somehow, thankfully, I've never given into…
