Albert Einstein's Accomplishments
Throughout history many great leaders have risen from both strife and victory. Men and women that have the ability to inspire, drive, and influence other people and life for generations to come. Albert Einstein (Einstein) is one of those leaders. His accomplishments have forever impacted the world and how its people see it. Einstein was born at Ulm, in Württemberg, Germany, on March 14, 1879 to a non-practicing Jewish family, something that would become troublesome for him and his family during the rise of the nazi party. He moved around a lot as a child, attending many schools, including Luitpold Gymnasium (Munich), Aarau (Switzerland), and Swiss Federal Polytechnic School (Zurich.) Einstein, being unable to find a teaching job, took a job as an assistant at the Swiss Patent Office. It was during this time that he developed his famous energy-mass equivalence equation: E=mc^2. Two of Einstein’s most notable tendencies are his curiosity and playfulness. Einstein’s curiosity drove him to learn to understand everything around him, while his playfulness helped fuel his curiosity of the world. “He was phenomenally curious, very different from most people in the world; those who lived then, before him or now. His curiosity drove him or compelled him to get to the bottom of things” (Albert Einstein Personality Traits - HRFnd).     Albert Einstein was a famous scientist, Physicist &Genius. Einstein was born in Ulm, Germany. In 1880 the Einstein family moved to Munich. In 1886 he started elementary school in a Catholic public school. In 1894, his family moved to Milan, leaving him in Munich to finish school. The Einstein family moved to Berlin in 1914, right before World War I started. In 1918, Albert went to visit his family in Zurich, where they moved prior to WW I. Albert and Mileva are divorced the next February. Many things happen over the next 20 years. Including his remarriage, several visits to the US where he received a research fellowship at Oxford University, and he becomes a professor at Princeton. In 1936 Albert's second wife, Elsa, dies. Three years later, World War II breaks out and Einstein moves to America and becomes a US citizen in 1940. Eight years later his doctor discovered an aortic aneurysm in his abdomen. Einstein is informed that if it bursts he will die. In 1952, Einstein was invited to become president of Israel, but he refuses. On April 18, 1955 Einstein dies in his sleep after refusing surgery on his ruptured…
