Air Pollution: Anthropogenic and Natural Sources, and Conditions in Thailand
Air Pollution Air pollution is the contamination of indoor or outdoor environment by any physicals, chemicals or biological agent that modified the natural characteristics of the atmosphere. Or the air pollution is a mixture of solid particles and gases in the air. Some air pollutions are poisonous. They can increase the chance of discomfort, disease, damage or death of all organism not only humans but also including animals and plants. Source of the air pollution are relates to the various activities, locations, factors which are responsible for the releasing of pollutants into the atmosphere. These sources can be divided into two major categories which are: Anthropogenic Sources and Natural Sources. Anthropogenic Sources are the human activities which makes the pollutions in to the atmosphere mostly related to burning different kind of fuel whether they are stationary sources or mobile sources. For example, emission fuel from factories, chemicals, waste deposition in landfills or fuel from motor vehicles. Natural Sources are the pollution which happened by natural process for example: natural disasters such as volcanic, wildfire or digestion of food by animals which can generate methane gas or carbon monoxide into the atmosphere. Air pollution is a significant risk factor in the world for multiple health conditions. In currently, the world is getting a lot effect from the air pollution especially the effecting of humans. Humans can get a lot effect which can affect their health to be bad because the air is the most important of human living. Everyone needs the air for their breathing. The air pollution also has direct affect to the respiratory system of humans include loss of productivities, damage ecosystem. Air pollution in Thailand is also considerate to be one of the most serious environmental problems in the country especially people who live in capital city where the level of air pollution is substantially
