Soccer is a wonderful sport full of speed, agility and fitness and is one of the games we love. Soccer has been around for hundreds of years and is one of the greatest sports to ever live in European and South American country’s history. One of Australia’s biggest sports Aussie rules is one of the toughest quickness breathtaking sports in all of Australia and is such an entertaining sport. But what is harder working Soccer or Aussie Rules?

Soccer, quick, electrifying and entertaining but is it harder working than Australian rules. Soccer is a very fast sport it’s not really at strong as AFL as soccer is used for more quick turns and electrifying runs through defences. There are different positions in a soccer team that require different strengths. A goals keeper you need to be very flexibly and very quick at changing your diving positions in a few seconds. AFL is an exciting sport with always a lot of things happening at once it is a harder sport. AFL is one of Australia’s biggest sports and as people in Australia would say that AFL is harder working than soccer. In my opinion AFL is more of a strength base sport where strength and stamina is everything. As you see footballer working hard in the gym, or going for 15k runs, they are always working on pace and strength. A football pitch is a way bigger and wider pitch than a soccer pitch as it is a harder sport. Chasing down your opponent and tackling him down uses pace and strength and that what the sport is about. AFL use their body more than soccer players as they tackle down the man and hold them down so they don’t break out, with soccer they don’t use their body to tackle the man they slide or stand and this does not show
