Most of us this day’s are becoming too busy to prepare our own meal. We tend to cooking as a tiresome job to do in addition to our main job as workers. We often thinks that spending time in cooking is a time we lost that can be help to finish our job much faster. Because of these needs of time for work or extra time for rest to do our job for another day some or many of us relies on getting our nourishment by buying in fast food chains. Fast food chains are store that provide meal and serving it with just minutes after we made our order.
Buying in fast food chains saves us time in cooking and some of us also think that we save extra money in cooking food for us. Fast food chain are also available anywhere we go. Some of this fastfood chain also operates in 24hours basis. So there would be an advantage on the part of the customer to fill their stomach anytime they want and it is also cheaper to way to fill our stomach. But while this are the good reason for eating in a fast food there are some that argue about the nutrients we get in eating in fast food chains. There are also question about how they are being prepared.
People nowadays know little about we are gaining and what they are losing in eating in a fast food chain.
