Good Morning!

I understand that the Admin Clerk is set to begin on July 4th. I just registered for my classes and I would like to provide you both with a clear outline of my availability.

During my interview, I said that I would be going to school and working at Starbucks during the summer, but I have decided on some changes in regards to my Education. If you prefer a brief version of my availability without reasons and circumstance, please skip the quoted message and head to the short summary below. Summer Classes: If I am honoured with this position, I will not be taking my summer class because it conflicts with the work schedules and also because I am able to take the course in January. I only need 12 hours a week to maintain part-time position at Starbucks and each shift is on average 4.5 hrs. Since the Department of Justice opens from Monday to Friday, I plan to work at Starbucks on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. In this case, I am able to work all day on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and half a day on Friday with the Department of Justice Canada. Winter Classes: Since I just registered for my winter courses, I am able to tell you that I will only be going to school twice a week (Wednesday and Thursday) because I am taking seminars. Of course, I will still be working at Starbucks (Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday), but it still takes a backseat to the Department of Justice Canada. I made sure that my winter schedule is much more flexible for the Admin Clerk position. Therefore, I am able to work all of Monday, Tuesday and Friday for the Department of Justice.
