Also they were in areas which were strange like his stomach, underarms and on his back. The staff members were worried for his safety because they were not caused by accident like the child bumping into a hard object or tripping up.

The response would be that they would first need to minimise the risk this meaning that the stuff would need to of had made sure that they checked the building to make sure that no child is left behind. Before the staff starts the job they would need of had gone through training where they would know what action to take and how to get the children out safely and as fast as possible. Staff are also taught fire aid to help the child whilst the ambulance come, so when the little boy inhaled too much smoke he would need to be checked to see that there's no toxic in his system which he could of inhaled and that his breathing is fine; because the boy fell down a couple steps they would need to tap his whole body to make sure that there are no broken bones and see his sprained ankle to see if it damaged more. The staff should know all the fire exits to take and the appointed location where they would be safe and away from the fire without any harm. Also if there is a child who cannot walk they would need to be taken into consideration and assisted out of the building, if the child

The staff would need to make sure that the boy has his sprained ankle taken care of immediately when left the building and to make sure that his health is good. When the fire is first detected that's when the children should drop everything and leave before the smoke starts to take over the whole building. Within the nursery it has a responsibility of the child to make sure their safe and secure. This can include smokes building up in inside and out of the building. Usually thick smoke from a fire does not harm individuals, however this can differ when taking into account the level, extent, and duration of exposure to the smoke. Also, the factors of age, condition etc..can depend on how they might be impacted by the smoke For example- there will be patients/staffs with asthma and if they start to inhale the smoke, it will make it difficult for them to breathe as its toxic gas. The patient might have shortness of breath leading to not being conscious or breathing. Inhaling the toxic gas can lead to having a major asthma attack and can also lead to fainting. This will be a huge barrier for other people who are evacuation as they might trip over the person without the fire fighters or the staffs knowing. This can also mean that if the staffs are the one that got the asthma attack, there might not be enough staffs around to guide the evacuating people. The people might start to separate going their own ways and panicking or even getting trapped somewhere. If anyone has fainted in the middle of the crowd, by the time a staffs comes or the emergency service, it might’ve been too late. The damage impact would be that huge costing someone’s life because of the inhalation of the…

Millions of dollars are spent each year to treat burn victims, and while many are severely disfigured physically, no amount of money can compensate for the emotional and mental trauma experienced. Fire can be a very dangerous thing and is very unpredictable, this is why it may cause panic in the if you are at the scene of one. The first step in when a fire is happening is too let everyone in the building know what is going on, you do this by raising the fire alarm for everyone to hear, and then for someone to ring emergency services. Although it may cause panic and distress it must be done so people start evacuating the building. However the health care professional must not leave the building because their duty of care is to look after the service users therefore you must help people who are less able than you for example, disabled, small children, restricted mobility, hearing/visual impairments and the elderly. Removing the service users from the care home or wherever you are could be a difficult task because many may be restricted from mobility. The first individuals that should be taken out in the act of a fire is people that can walk and don’t have mobility issues.…

By the time we were alerted to the fire it had already spread throughout the entire downstairs of the home so it was preventing us from exiting the building down the stairs. There is no other fire exit upstairs to the…
