Accountability
The definition for accountibility is: The state of being accountable, liable, or answerable. Personal accountability would be the the definiton of accountibility but from a personal aspect. The definition of personal is: Pertaining to, or coming as from a particular person; individual; private: a personal opinion. So with combining those two words (or concepts) you bring them together to form the phrase, "Personal Accountability" which means someone taking, "Liability" for your own actions or moves. This is a trait that everyone should endure or pick up within some time of their life. It's in essence the key to our society performing and and working like a well ordered and formed, systematic country. When someone shows personal accountability it proves them trust worthy, honest, and true to themselves. It's not something that you're always able to look at somebody at glance and assume that they are indeed, personally accountable. It's a trait that someone can only know themselves if they truely possess this. The best scenarios in which personality accountability should be shown is within a marrige, a manager of a restaurant, and when you're working in the police force. All of these situations call for extreme personal accountability and if such is lacking, then there downfall will begin in a rapid pace. The first utmost important situation in which personal accountability must be possessed is in a marrige. In a marrige some of the key factors are trust, honesty and committment. All of these three factors fall under personal accountability. An example of why this is needed is because when you're in a marrige you're legally bound to be with this person. Lot's of marriges fail for this sheer reason, people cheat on their significant other with a misstress, they perform tasks that would be recognized as, "Forbidden" within a marrige which causes them to deescalate and eventually come to an end. This is where the key factor of personal accountability
