A database management system (DBMS) is a software package with computer programs that control the creation, maintenance, and use of a database. It allows organizations to conveniently develop databases for various applications by database administrators (DBAs) and other specialists. It is an integrated collection of data records, files, and other objects of the company’s system. A DBMS allows different user application programs to concurrently access the same database. It may use a variety of models, to conveniently describe and support applications. It typically supports query languages, which are in fact high-level programming languages, dedicated database languages that considerably simplify writing database application programs. It provides facilities for controlling data access, enforcing data integrity, managing concurrency control, and recovering the database after failures and restoring it from backup files, as well as maintaining database security.

The researchers have found out that the San Fernando Meat shop and Mini Grocery depends only on the BISMAC Company for their database system. They don’t have an IT Expert that could maintain their system running efficiently. Any problems and changes in the database are referred and forwarded to the BISMAC Company. They couldn’t do it on their own.

If a business or a company doesn’t have any IT Specialist with them, they would have difficulty whenever their system fails down. They still have to contact the person or the company that has made their DBMS. The business transactions will then be affected. Manual transactions too may slow down the processes.

Therefore, there is really a need for IT Experts for every business or company. There should be at least one expert to keep

There job is to understand the software and databases used by the company, so they can be prepared for any issues that may come up. Technology helps businesses run smoothly and helps them get results quicker. However, having technology can also come with stress because of the negative issues that sometimes can happen. There is no control over if you’re program crashes, your databases freezes, or any other issues that may arise. The IT department is key when it comes to these issues because they are trained and have more tools than we do to figure out the problem and resolve it. One of the main arguments of curriculum renewal in Indonesia, focusing more on character building and integrated learning, is the escalating demand of curriculum adaptation to social phenomenon happening in the society, in this case juvenile delinquency (Kemendiknas, 2013). Curriculum 2006, known as KTSP, was regarded, besides outdated and overloaded, unable to negotiate such a social complexity. There has also been a debate in the society concerning on whether or not the curriculum needs to be renewed and whether or not the new curriculum will result in the betterment of the quality of Indonesian education. In one hand, the Ministry of Education asserts that the new curriculum will benefit student, for its main focus is on character-based education. But on the other hand, both the teachers and the systems are not ready yet.
