Abortion should be banned. Even if at first the fetus is just a group of cells, it will develop into a person and deserves a chance to succeed in life. True, during the abortion process the ‘baby’ won’t feel it but even if you’re not hurting him/her you are being inhumane. Think about the all the opportunities the baby will never have a chance to attempt. If this isn’t a rape/incest abortion debate then it is your fault that you had sex and didn’t think about the what ifs . Abortion is a form of murder and shows the human life isn’t important. Abortion exposes women to various health risks. Abortion is against doctors' Hippocratic Oath. Not the baby’s fault it was conceived.

The oath plainly states “do not act like God.” Which means by preceding in an abortion, the doctor is destroying one of God’s creations and if God wanted the baby gone he would do it in a less destructive way. Doctors and other health-care workers swear by the Hippocratic Oath before practicing medicine. Such as if abortion becomes illegal there will most likely be more ‘back alley’ or ‘underground’ abortions likely to happen. Maybe you won’t be able to support your child because you are in college or high school at the time and need to abort to make your life stable first?
