ABC Inc. Case Study
ABC Inc. has put together an education expense reimbursement program for qualifying employees. By signing this agreement, you agree to the terms and conditions of the program.
As part of the education expense reimbursement program ABC Inc. agrees to give (Employee Name) $75 towards student loans for every 40hours worked and an additional $500 for every 6 months of employment if (Employee Name) stays within good standings in the company and school.
(Employee Name) Agrees to the conditions below by signing this contract:
• To receive the $75 the employee must work a minimum of 40 hours and stay within good standings at the company and school.
• To receive the $500 employees must remain in good standings with the school and company for a minimum

• Employee will be in breach of contract if documentation is not obtained within 5 days of due date. Leaving ABC Inc. not liable for any future payments.
• If employment ends, so too does the education benefits for that semester and any future semesters
• ABC Inc. may discontinue this programs at its discretion with a one month notice to all employees unless force majeure (an act of god) has occurred in which case ABC Inc. may terminate the program immediately.
• Only what is written within this contract is part of the education expense reimbursement program.
(Employee Name) has considered this offer and has entered into the offer under their own free will, and is exempt from the infant doctrine and is at least 18 years of age. This offer is also not entered into under economic duress or cohersion. (Employee Name) agrees that ABC Inc. will give $75 towards student loans for every 40 hours worked and an additional $500 for every six months of employment.
