1-How does the planning function of management contribute to achieving organizational objectives within your chosen industry? Being able to create a detailed plan for a desired goal..It allows you to see where your company is now and where it could be in the future. Setting objectives, deciding on best course of action for achieving those objectives (game-plan), setting and achieving goals will help to decide a companies identity and future. 2- How does the organizing function of management contribute to achieving organizational objectives within your chosen industry? This will help decide the course(s) of action to implement in the planning process and how to organize resources for the given plan. Develop an organizational structure, design individual jobs within the structure, create and mange teams, delegate authority, decide who will work for whom, where decisions will be made, and who will do what job(s) or task(s). 3- How does the leading function of management contribute to achieving organizational objectives within your chosen industry? Being able to influence employees for personal goals as well as their career goals and be able to connect on a personal level with employees. Motivation, leadership, communication and inspiring employees to achieve the organizational goals.

4- How does the controlling function of management contribute to achieving organizational objectives within your chosen industry? By controlling it will help to establish performance standards by the companies objectives, evaluate and report on job performance. Controlling is not always bad, it helps to monitor progress towards goal achievement and taking corrective action when needed. First plan, then organize the plan, lead others to work the plan, and then evaluate how effective the plan worked.
