Hey BestFriend I would really like for you to stop smoking you’re a teen why will you want to waste your time and money on that nasty looking and smelling cigar Tobacco smoke is harmful to every organ system in the body. Smoking is responsible for nearly a third of all cancer deaths in the United States, with smokers dying of cancer at twice the rate of nonsmokers. In addition, smoking has been linked to the development of pneumonia, leukemia, heart disease and reproductive problems, such as low birth weight and Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. You really don’t care if you get cancer? What about your family don’t you know with each cigar you put in your mouth you are causing yourself pain and your family I’m sure they don’t have an idea of what you are doing I promised I wouldn’t say anything and I won’t but please try to quit. Do it for the people that love you. Quit before you become addictive the nicotine in tobacco products can cause severe addiction and withdrawal problems. The threat of nicotine addiction is even greater for underage smokers. People who start smoking before age 21 have more difficulty quitting than those who first try cigarettes later in life. Smoking delivers nicotine to the brain in a matter of seconds; effects peak within 10 seconds of inhalation. These effects fade quickly, however, causing the user to crave another dose. Irritability, increased appetite, headache and anxiety are among the symptoms of nicotine withdrawal that often lead smokers to resume the habit. Before putting another tobacco in your mouth think about all the consequences and problems it can bring your family, friends and you.
