3 Desktops & 3 Laptops You Should Consider Buying for Your Company
My company is called Communications Intellect Inc. It is designed to help students along with people in the work force to learn how to communicate better. Even if you’re a great communicator already, we guarantee our services will give you outstanding knowledge and improve your communication skills. We started our first office in Orlando, Florida in May 2010 and are spreading out consistently over the past two years. Our goal is to have at least one office within a ten mile radius of all the main campus, state universities in Florida to really improve communication skills with students who are entering the work force. Our current locations include; Orlando, Tampa, Tallahassee, Gainesville, Miami, Sarasota, Fort Meyers, and Jacksonville. We hold all kinds of workshops from, how to communicate on a professional level to other professionals, to learning how to communicate negative news effectively to students or employees, and even how to improve your communications skills to get you ready for interviews and internships. Because we are spreading out vastly, we are constructing a plan to buy 1,500 desktops and 500 laptops for the company. I will further explain three different types of each and why I chose the two that I did for future projects and overall success of the company. First, I will explain the Dell Latitude E6530 laptop. Configuration details include: 3rd gen Intel Core i3-3110M Processor (2.4 GHz, 3m cache). Operating systems include: Windows 7 Professional, No Media, 64-bit, English. This is a great program for the projects that our company is assigned. Graphics include: Intel HD Graphics 4000. LCDs: 15.6’ HD (1366x768) Anti-Glare WLED-backlit. This computer has great graphics, perfect for presentations. Hardware support services include: 3 year ProSupport with 3 year NBD Onsite U3IPY service after Remote Diagnosis. This is always a great feature to have if something were to ever go wrong. Also, includes 3 year accidental damage service. Memory

Additionally, those companies with effective communications also had lower turnover rates (Business & Legal Resources, 2010).
