1.I would not hire this person to work for me.This person came to my intervied unorganizend.The interview did not end badly but it could have been better.He also could not explain to me the other qualifications to me in a better way.

2.I feel that the interview went well after looking at all the facts.He came to the office in a well dressed mannar.He talk in a comfortable relaxed fashon.Had all the qualifications i needed and could explain them all.I feel that i could hire this man and it would be a god fit.
