2 Applications of enzymes
Enzymes are biological catalysts that operate at the temperatures, pressures, and moderate pH values found in living organisms. They help in a faster chemical reaction in our human body. Besides this, enzymes also play a huge role in various industries. The following paragraphs will talk about how various enzymes are used in various industries : The Dairy Industry and Medical Industry.

In the dairy industry, the enzyme Protease is used widely. While making cheese, protease helps coagulate milk in cheese production. This helps in turning the milk from a soluble product to an insoluble product.

Besides, the enzyme catalase is used in the medical industry. Catalase helps break down hydrogen peroxide to oxygen and water. This enzyme is used for dressing up wounds. After its catabolism, oxygen will heal up wounds faster.

In short, enzymes help us humans not only inside our bodies, but also in the real world by being used in various industries.
