Nowadays, people are wearing crop tops and fur vests. The media always asks celebrities what they're wearing at red carpet events. Everyone knows the courted designers.

In the 1970s, fashion was affected by racial equality movements. Women, African Americans, Native Americans were fighting for equality. A lot of Americans joined the protest against the Vietnam war. It was a hard time because life wasn't far for other people.

The 70s style has a iconic look. Shortly thereafter,the trend toward longs hair began to filter down to adults. Hot pants didn't arrived in America in February 1971, and those thigh-high short shorts that adorned the legs.
