HOW TO PLAN THE PERFECT PARTY
Planning the perfect party is never easy, but it is often the most rewarding. Party is an interesting event. When planning, keep in mind how many people to invite, the location, and a theme. Whether it is a large or small party, taking a few minutes to create a plan ensures the perfect party will be a success. First, deciding the location is the most important aspect because it affects all others: the guest list, the budget, the menu, and to an extent, the theme. It needs to be large enough to accommodate everyone invited, have a large enough food preparation area, and ample space for the decorations. It is important to find a place that will not cause the person to become suspicious. Second, it is necessary to know the person well in order to pick a theme they will appreciate. When choosing a theme, it is also necessary to think about how easy or difficult it will be to incorporate throughout all aspects of the party. The internet is a great place to find creative themes for any type of party, and with party supply stores, it is much easier to find decorations to go along with most themes. A wellchosen theme helps tie everything together. Finally, the location is chosen and the theme is planned, it is time to plan the menu and begin buying the supplies. When planning the menu, keep in mind the time of the party. It will help to determine whether to serve light or a full meal. The menu also needs items for guests with special diets, such as vegetarians. Items should be easy to cook ahead of time and be stored easily. Limiting the menu to food items that are simple to refill and maintain is a good idea. Although planning a perfect party is often the most difficult, it is always worth it. In my view, preparation is the key to any successful party, but the extra work put into keeping the party a secret pays off in the end. The look on their face and the appreciation they show is the ultimate reward.

HOW TO WASH A SWEATER
When your sweater is dirty, you must be to wash it. Now I talk about how to wash a sweater. Before washing the sweater, lay it over a piece of brown wrapping paper (an opened grocery bag works well) or freezer paper and trace its shape so you know its size. Keep this pattern for use when blocking the sweater to dry. First point, we must dissolve detergent or soap in warm water. The water temperature should feel comfort able to your hands. Do not use a detergent that contains bleach or the protein enzyme, protease. Allow the sweater to soak in the detergent solution for three minutes. Keep agitation to a minimum. Wool fibers have scales that permanently interlock when wet and rubbed together; this interlocking causes the felting shrinkage common to wool products. Never use chlorine bleach with wool because it causes fibers to yellow and degrade. Second point, rise the sweaters thoroughly by squeezing fresh warm water through it until suds are gone. Again, keep agitation to a minimum. If the sweater is heavily soiled, repeat the above two steps. To dry, roll and squeeze the sweater in clean towels to help absorb water so it will dry faster. Put a piece of clear plastic, such as an old dry cleaning bag, over the pattern you made earlier. The plastic will prevent anything on the paper pattern from coming off onto the sweater. Last point, Pat the sweater out onto the plastic-covered pattern so that it fits the shape and size previously traced. This is called blocking. If you pat the sweater flat as you lay it out, it may not need any pressing after it dries. Drying the sweater flat will help prevent shrinkage. Because wool sweaters require long drying times, find an out of the way place to let it dry. An area rug in the corner of a heated room may do well. If the sweater begins to draw up at the seams, carefully stretch them out and hold them in place by pinning to the rug. To sum up, how to wash a sweater we must follow the three points above, you will get healthy with your sweater. In my opinion, cleaning something very nice we use it for a long time and happy to use it.

DRUG ABUSE IS BECOMING A PROBLEM IN CAMBODIA. WHAT ARE THE CAUSES OF THIS AND WHAT ARE SOME SOLUTIONS?
Drug abuse is becoming a problem in many countries. Every society, every age and ethnic group, every social class, and every family has been touched by the devastating effects of drug addiction. Now I talk about drug abuse is becoming a problem in Cambodia. Thousands of dollars are spent regulating drug use, treating addicts and their families, and fighting drug-related crime. Although drugs threaten many homes and societies, their effects can be combated more effectively. First, in Cambodia, drug abuse causes multiple problems for families and communities in Cambodia. Addicts are often too sick, physically and mentally, to function as normal, responsible members of a family or of society. For example, they often neglect or abuse their families and strain these relationships and resources, especially if they eventually require expensive treatment or hospitalization. Adult addicts may lose their jobs and, therefore, their means of supporting themselves and any dependents. Children and teens who abuse drugs become more rebellious and distant from their families, who despair over coping with their loved ones’ drug problems. Second, problematic effect of drug abuse is the crimes committed by those profiting from selling illegal drugs and by the addicts who look for more and more desperate ways to support their habits. Increased police resources are needed to fight smuggling and dealing illicit drugs and the criminals who profit from them. Communities continue to struggle to find ways to deter drug abuse and to rehabilitate addicts. Combating drug problems strains the police departments as well as the communities’ resources. Since many cities and communities are financially strapped, adding more police protection, mainly through taxes, puts a strain on the citizens. Finally, despite these problems, the menace of drugs can be fought. Education is the first line of attack. Children need to be taught at home and in school about the dangers of drug abuse. For example, discussions around the dinner table and during family outings and school programs and activities in health classes can give children information to help them deal with temptations and questions about drug use.

Families and counselors need to talk to those at risk and help them resist experimenting with illicit drugs. Another approach to the problem of drug abuse is to increase police manpower and resources to stop dealers and to enforce the law. Statistics show the bigger the drug problem in a Cambodia, the bigger its crime rate and the bigger its need for police protection. Even though the cost of adding more police may strain a community and its citizens financially, protecting its children from the dangers of drug abuse and cutting down on drug-related crimes are worth the price. In conclusion, although the problems of drug abuse may seem impossible to eliminate or to even control, there are concrete steps that can be taken to weaken the hold of drugs on families and on society in Cambodia. Parents, teachers, and communities must take steps to educate children about the dangers of drug abuse and must offer safe, appealing alternative for restless, inquisitive young people and programs and for those who are at- risk. In addition, police departments must be provided with more manpower, resources, and community support to combat drugrelated crimes. If the war on drugs is to be won, everyone must realize that he or she has a stake in the battle and in its outcome.

EXPLAIN THE EFFECTS OF NOISE POLLUTION
Industry growth, an increasing number of vehicles and constant information overloads causes a significant and underestimated problem – noise pollution. The term noise pollution is used to define unwanted sounds that are released into the environment. Various research studies have proven that noise pollution imposes a number of negative impacts on mental and physical health. To understand the reasons behind their health conditions, people should consider the effects that are usually caused by noise pollution. First, in a modern megalopolis, noise pollution arises from many sources, such as traffic, barking dogs, noisy neighbors, aircrafts, verbal advertising in the streets and many other environmental factors merging into one sound wall. A person may get used to perceiving these sounds and ignore them, but on a subconscious level, such constant noise exposure has a significant effect. Noise pollution is measured in decibels, and its intensity and duration determines the impact on an individual’s health. Second, speech and sleep interference is another issue that arises from noise pollution. It can be difficult to talk while standing on a busy street, and in this case, people often have to shout to be heard. Therefore, hearing and interpreting each other becomes an issue. The noise of a big city is one of the most popular reasons for sleep disorders. High levels of noise often wake people in the middle of the night and hinder them from falling asleep again, thus breaking bio-rhythms and causing weakness and drowsiness on the next day. Finally, decreased work performance should also be mentioned in the list of negative impacts caused by noise pollution. High levels of noise can cause inaccuracy and inattentiveness which can result in decreased productivity and additional stress. This is a crucial point for people whose workplaces are potentially dangerous such as construction sites or factories. A misheard order or instruction, or the lack of concentration in such workplaces can lead to severe consequences. Therefore, it can be observed that noise pollution is a serious, though underestimated problem for the human population. It causes a number of negative effects both on health and the effectiveness of performing actions. Among the most

obvious and significant negative effects are hearing loss, increased irritability, speech and sleep disturbances and decreased work performance. Even if a person becomes accustomed to constant noise and thinks that it does not affect them, changes still occur. Every individual, including scientific and health care organizations, should seek ways to minimize the aforementioned impacts and reduce their exposure to noise pollution.

We always think that for a happy marriage, two people must share many similarities. My parents have been married for 22 years and they have a happy marriage. However, people always curious about how they can hardly have a quarrel for they are two very different people. Their differences in physical appearance, view towards life, as well as personalities are so obvious that even a stranger can see it. My mother and father are both Khmer. But, their facial bone structure, body size and skin color contrast each other. My father has a facial bone structure of Europeans in which he has big, round eyes with thick eyebrows. His nose is as high as the nose of those western characters. Different from Cambodian, his skin is fair and slightly pink in color. As for his body size, father has height of 170cm which is below the average height of a normal man. Also, he is very thin and has skinny limbs. My mother is of the opposite of my dad. She has a typical Chinese face with small eyes below her sparse eyebrows. She has low bridge of the nose and the shape of the tip of her nose is as if a red guava. My mother is shorter than my father. She is 165cm for an Asian woman. Different from my father, my mother has yellow and dark skin like the color of milk chocolate. Her limbs are slightly too long and strong for a woman as a result of hard work in a rubber estate during her youth. Besides physical appearance, they have very different views towards life. My father is a businessman. For him, one should not enjoy his life. In his point of view, Working and earning money is the main purpose of living rather than enjoyment. Consequently, it always takes us a lot of effort to persuade him to take a trip to any places with our family during the holiday, even during Khmer New Year, our most important holiday. Lastly, my parents have contrary personalities. My father is a dull man. He is neither romantic nor interesting at all. He never remembers and celebrates our birthday. STUDYING ABROAD AND ADJUSTMENTS TO BE MADE WITH FOREIGN LANGUAGES
When people are standard of living increase, they often think about improving their knowledge for a better life. To do that, they choose to study in developed countries where they can get progressive education. However, everything has its advantages and disadvantages, so studying abroad and adjustments are not an expectation. I think studying abroad and adjustments to be made with foreign languages, the best way to improve ourselves. As you know, there are obvious advantages to study abroad and adjustments. Firstly, we have chance to improve our language. I think nothing is better than to learn language with the native speakers and foreigners. Because we can practice with the local people what we study at school, so it is very useful to improve our listening and speaking skills. It also offered chances to discover the new cultures, way of thinking, history, customs and lifestyles. Secondly, we have opportunities to study the new technologies and most recent science achievements. In addition, we are equipped with the valuable and updated knowledge which may help us find jobs easily after graduating. However, studying abroad is often expensive. We have to pay not only for our school fees but also for our living cost. Therefore, finance may become the biggest problem. Consequently, it distracts our mind from studying to earning money. Lastly, but not least, adapting to a new environment is a real challenge for every foreign student. While changing the weather can affect our health, different cultures and customs may influence our mind and make us become less confident or even a victim of discrimination. Sometimes may turn into a struggle for survival in a strange country. If we don’t have enough physical and mental strength, we will fail to adjust ourselves in the new environment. As a result, we could either study or gain beautiful experiences as we have expected. In conclusion, while studying abroad and adjustments offers great opportunities for a better future, it also has challenges that we must try our best to overcome what happened to make our dream. In my opinion, it is not hard to study more, what is hard is to do not study when you discover yourself wrong.

ATTENDING A LIFE PERFORMANCE IS MORE ENJOYABLE THAN WATCHING THE SAME EVENT ON TELEVISION
Long time ago when there was no TV or radio, the only way to see a concert or go to a football match was by attending in life to the place where it was being performed; when the TV came out, life spectacles converted in mass spectacles where millions of people could watch them on TV, although I recognize the benefits of the TV in making life performances more accessible to many people, I would never skip the chance of going to a concert or a sport match if I had the opportunity, there are many reasons why I support this by going to a concert people can learn lot of things; at the same time people get immediate feedback from the team they are going to see playing or the artist performing in life, in addition it is a reasonable way of supporting your favorite artists and teams. What i have mentioned about are under the topic “Attending a life performance is more enjoyable than watching the same event on television”. First of all, when you attend to these kind of performances you automatically take part of the spectacle, if you go to a concert you can sing the songs, ask for favorite song, applaud; all these thing could not be done if you stayed at home just watching TV, would you imagine a sport match without followers? It would clearly become a boring one. Second, on the other hand, it is possible to learn many things by attending to a concert, for example, I play the guitar and I really enjoy going to life guitar performances; those are the moments when I really improve my technical attitudes because I'm able to see in firsthand how a good guitar player has to be, where my weak points are and I can even ask them what my next steps, in order to improve, should be. Finally, if nobody went to concerts of sport matches, sport teams and artists would eventually disappear because they would go burst financially; for instance, a big percentage of a football team incomes come from the attendance of people every weekend so the money they get from this is crucial for them to survive, pay players and employees; the same happens with artists; not every musician is capable of selling 1 million cd copies in order to be able to live just from this source, most of them can just go on by performing life concerts.

WITH THE HELP OF TECHNOLOGY, NOWADAYS STUDENTS CAN LEARN MORE INFORMATION AND LEARN IT MORE QUICKLY
Nowadays technology help student can learn more information and learn it more quickly. It is widely accepted that children nowadays have access to more knowledge than ever before and from a much lower age than from even immediate before generations. However, some experts believe that modern technological tools have simply chunked down the information which adversely affects our reasoning. I believe that there is a greater potential for the modern students to develop strong cognitive abilities in spite of the possibly for passive thinking. One reason, in base my opinion on the fact that our memory can store more information when multiple activities with same subject axis are combined on the learning process. Nowadays students can use explanatory videos (audio and visual), online forums (expressing their ideas) and modern devices such as telescopes and soft wares for solving problems which aim for the understanding of their field or simply their interest. In that case the use of modern technology actually aligns with our primitive cognition abilities. Another reason is that modern technology, especially at the academic level, assists students on presenting their views (from simple questions to elaborated theories). For example, students interested with mathematics or art can respectively express their assertions with state of the art computer graphs or design his insight with advanced software. Now for the chunking issue students can simply find the courage to challenge themselves with complex information and problems .In that way our ability to reason and memorize efficient and quickly will accelerate.
