.1 What are at least two ethical issues associated with psychological testing? What impact do these issues have on the field of psychological testing?

There are a lot of ethical issues that are associated with psychological testing but the two that I picked are disclosure of test results to minors and how much information can or should you disclose to a patient or in the case of a minor the parents. I believe with the regards to disclosing information to a minor it because an ethical issue because how much information is too much for a child to understand, exceptionally if the child is young. An example: my nephew in second grade was very disturbing to the other students and was unable to sit for long periods of time and he would disrupt the class. So my sister took him to the doctor and they tested him for ADHD. At this time

With education and psychological testing can be treaty because in order for a student to get the best education, a teacher wants to make sure that the student is in the proper class for them. This can be a problem for persons with disabilities because those persons might feel like they are being looked at differently from their peers. In 1990, President George Bush signed the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), which “prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities (Anderson, Kazmierski, & Cronin, 1995).” This can have an impact on psychological testing because individuals with disabilities feel that they are being singled
