It is vital that the partnership is built between the school, parents and carers as this will reflect on the development and wellbeing of the child/young person by sharing the knowledge from both parents, carers and teachers of the child/ young person they will have a much better understanding of the needs and requirements within the school and at home. A good partnership will be able to share information that will help and support the child/young person through learning and development, by working together this will enable a relationship of trust, confidence respect and make them feel valued to openly discuss any issues or concerns that may need raising, therefore they can both come together to understand the importance of sharing the information
