Summary: The behavior analyst is required to protect and honor the rights of their clients. This includes their legal rights to documentation, rights to consent, right to report, and rights to background checks.

Scenario: Jenny is a OBM consultant at a grocery store. The client requests records of Jenny’s BCBA credentials, Jenny is required to provide these documents to her client.
