QN 1. Importance of communication? Communication is the process of transfer information from sender to receiver through medium or channel.
The following are the importance of communication; i. It is simplify work. ii. It is create relationship (unit). iii. It is save time. iv. It is minimize cost.
v. Exchanging of ideas. vi. Improving of language. vii. It increases thinking capacity. viii. It helps to solve problems. ix. It accelerates development in communication.
