Children dont need teachers
2. Children don’t need teachers for learning:
Children are natural learners and between birth and five years, children grow and learn at the fastest of their lifetime. There are no trained teachers here!!. It is the parents, and those who care for children, in these early years to help shape children's learning before they start school.
There are many ways children learn :by watching, by listening and especially by doing. Our teachers are pressed for time with so many of us in the class, u think we get to learn all of it at our pace and ability…No …certainly not!! Children do best in an environment which is interesting and where they feel loved and safe. The destiny of a child lies in the hands of their parents.
Self esteem, social development, creativity, cultural awareness etc are areas of development, which are very important to a child's ability to learn and make the most of educational opportunities from birth onwards. They are all different parts of what children need to learn.
Once children have this confidence they can try new things, explore their world, cope when things go a bit wrong and feel that they have a chance to do well. But in a classroom where the teachers are more in a hurry to complete the syllabus or finish the lesson, only thing that a child gets is “stressed out”.
Children begin to learn about feelings and how to get on with other people long before they start school. Parents help their children get there not teachers.

Creativity is a child's own special way of expressing ideas, thoughts and feelings. Young children are curious and full of ideas. This can be a great learning for a child , but it could be a big pain in the neck for teachers. Children need time to be able to try things over and over until they can get it right. Teachers will not have the time or patience for that- I really don’t blame them, it can be frustrating if 30 of us have to do a simple sum 10 times before we really learn it. Here a parent can help and

Creativity is all about helping children develop their imaginative skills through exploration of different materials and ways of expressing themselves, for example this can be methods like dance, building and also traditional creative methods like painting and drawing, story time, puppets, circle games and others. Creativity is all about allowing children to express and explore themselves and take risks in doing so. This doesn’t necessarily have to be in a proper way but could be simply their own play, for example their role play is an expression of their creativity. And doing all that, during this process creative learning happens. Creativity helps for child to develop their social, physical, intellectual, emotional and communication skills. Gives opportunity for children to express their feelings. For example if child feels sad or happy, he can express that in his drawing and then someone has opportunity to ask him how he feels about it. It is very important to be sensitive and know when step in and…

I believe that young children learn best through exploration and hands on experience. They should be encouraged to discuss and socialize with other children. Children should be interested in the learning topic, and teacher’s need to plan their activities accordingly. I believe that the activity should involve more than three domains; this way the learning will benefit as well as the child will learn to multitask. I believe that all of the learning should be child-initiated and teacher supported. Children need to also use some open-ended material which will develop their imagination. Children learn each minute that they are awake, so teachers just need to provide a clean, safe environment with a lot of useful…

What is the goal for students of studying in school? The answer is for the better life in the future. Nevertheless they have to encounter the real world first. Schools should let students learn more knowledge about the world, because they have to face the world in the future. Holt gives a solution, which is to bring some more people who are not the teachers in the school and let them have contact with the children, thereby expands children’s vision and assists the development of their disposition. He explains, “Aside from their parents, most children never have any close contact with any adults except people whose sole business is children. No wonder they have no idea what adult life or work is like.” “We need to bring a lot more people who are not full-time teachers into the schools and into contact with the children.” In my perspective, this is good for children if schools do this.…

During the second stage of child development, adolescence, parents can still be in the best position to offer advice even though the children might not accept it. In this case, perhaps the child's friends would be the best teachers. Adolescents are notoriously rebellious in many cultures and may automatically reject any advice from their parents. My first marriage for instance, was solely a matter of doing the opposite when my parents tried to intrude in offering their advice. So in such matters, parents should be much more flexible and be rather the partners with their children. So we can see that being a teacher of growing child become more and more complicated case as the time passes and many parents are simply not able to meet the increased demands.…
